The Wild Boot Camp will give you the combination Fitness training, Yoga, Meditation and Raw/Vegan diet.

The first meeting is spent finding out about each person, life style, goals, hopes and fears.

After a health check and a body composition analysis, using our state-of-the-art Styku Body Scanner, we will get to work. Together. Fitness Training, Yoga, Power Walk, and a lot more activity.

At the end of the boot camp week we will analyse our progress and vary your routine for the following week. If you are not staying with us for a longer period, you will be given advice on how to continue the good work.

Raw Food

Raw food consumption will give the best immune system boost of any food category, high enzyme levels remove the “covering” from foreign invaders (bad bacteria) and renegade cells (like chronic immune deficiency cells) so the immune system can destroy them. Raw retains 100% of nutrients, enzymes and protein integrity, leaves behind no harmful residue and takes toxins out with them on their exit; the higher the raw, the more you will boost your immune system.

When a person eats cooked food, the immune system reacts as if it had just been contaminated by an army of toxic invaders; our white blood cells mobilise in large numbers and spring into action to annihilate this foreign army. The more cooked food a person eats, the more immune system is in a perpetual frenzy of activity; these depletes its energy and diminishes its effectiveness in maintaining health and fighting some of the more dangerous microbes and chemical toxins once they enter and colonise the system.

After many studies developed by Hippocrates a conclusion was made that raw food diet is the healthier choice for anyone looking to improve their health conditions in general. 

Anyone fighting a serious illness, should stick to a raw plant based diet for a minimum of 2 years.

The Natural Food Show

Please join myself and Alan Martin for "A Walk On The Wild Side" Workshop at The Natural and Organic Products Europe 2016 Show; Demo Kitchen from 3pm to 3:45pm on Sunday, 17th April

We will teach you how to make delicious raw courgette spaghetti and raw chocolate using BonPom exquisite superfood products, like goji berries, inca berries, shelled hempseed, maca, lucuma, cacao butter, raw cacao powder, raw coconut oil and raw cacao nibs.

Alan Martin has worked in the Natural Health Industry for 30 years and has a diploma in Diet and Nutrition.   His passion for the industry began after meeting Rod Brennan from Blackmore’s Vitamins in the 80’s and this inspired him to make a career change.   

From the early days working in Holland and Barrett, to the late eighties and through to the late 90’s he owned and operated 3 Cullen’s Franchises, introducing a range of health foods and supplements and developing a healthy eating sector within the stores.   

After selling the business in 1998 he joined Kudos Vitamins as Sales Director, and was instrumental in growing the company.   He then Joined McKeith Research Ltd as Operations Director and worked with Gillian McKeith for four year on the You Are What You Eat Channel 4 TV Show.  He left McKeith Research with colleague Rob Steidle in 2008 when an opportunity arose to purchase the two long established Food For Thought Health Food Stores in Guildford and Kingston upon Thames.

Eight years on, Food For Thought has grown dramatically, year on year, despite the recessionary years and credit crunch, into a thriving modern business.

Four years ago Alan & Rob established a brand new company, BonPom Ltd, bringing to market, a range of RAW and Vegan foods, superfoods and ingredients.   BonPom has grown dramatically over the four years and is continually innovating new and cutting edge products and ideas.  

As with all Alan Martin’s ventures, he adds his own inimitable style and quirkiness to everything he does, he is certainly not predictable.

Ines Romanelli is originally from Brazil; she grew up experiencing two very strong cultures, her mother is Jewish and her father is Italian.

After finishing secondary school in Sao Paulo, she moved to Paris to study at the prestigious Ecole Superieure d'Hotellerie. During her studies she worked as an intern in several restaurants, including a Two Michelin Star.

When she finished her studies she moved to London, which has been her home for the past 11 years.

During this time, she has worked in many of the best restaurants in town, including one of the pioneers restaurant of raw plant based food.

Over the years she became interested on studying the power of healing through food.

She is a student of The School of Culinary Medicine of Dr Dale Pinnock, and works alongside different professionals helping people overcome different health difficulties and  live a better and healthier life through a complete balanced plant based raw food diet.
