THE WILD BOOT CAMP

The Wild Boot Camp will give you the combination Fitness training, Yoga, Meditation and Raw/Vegan diet.
The first meeting is spent finding out about each person, life style, goals, hopes and fears.
After a health check and a body composition analysis, using our state-of-the-art Styku Body Scanner, we will get to work. Together. Fitness Training, Yoga, Power Walk, and a lot more activity.
At the end of the boot camp week we will analyse our progress and vary your routine for the following week. If you are not staying with us for a longer period, you will be given advice on how to continue the good work.

Raw food consumption will give the best immune system boost of any food category, high enzyme levels remove the “covering” from foreign invaders (bad bacteria) and renegade cells (like chronic immune deficiency cells) so the immune system can destroy them. Raw retains 100% of nutrients, enzymes and protein integrity, leaves behind no harmful residue and takes toxins out with them on their exit; the higher the raw, the more you will boost your immune system.
